I had never heard of NeoTokyo before. It’s apparently a game based off of the Source Engine SDK, which makes it a mod? But this music is so reminiscent of The Flashbulb that I can’t help but loop and loop and float around in this sound.

I’m not hating because it’s not a bad game at all, but the most impressive part about Xenoblade Chronicles (UK version, true “English” voice acting) so far? Yeah, this. I was smart enough to go what I usually do: Get into the game as fast as possible after checking options, and play a lot. One day, turn on the game, go get a beer/snack, and return to watch a title sequence, or a promo movie, or example game footage. This is what I came back to find in Xenoblade a few weeks ago, and it’s the most exciting experience I’ve had in the game. This title theme ;_____;

You can tell that English isn’t this singer’s first language, but overall, the singing fits wonderfully with the acoustic guitar. Fantastic Plastic Machine has a smorgasbord of different electronic styles that he composes, though this one is very different from even his normal stylings. I welcome this bossa style along with his other good tracks, but some tracks I’ve heard from him just don’t have enough power or style to keep me interested. Enjoy this gem, though!
